In this Sports Illustrated interview Tom calls out Steve as a integral part of the auditory experience; “Obviously, the biggest difference here is that there are no pictures to rely upon. And so without that, Steve Porter, who is a phenomenal sound designer, who is really at the absolute center of a project of this scope, is so gifted and we’re so lucky to have him.”

Porterhouse Media in partnership with Rinaldi, FOX Sports and Blue Duck Media produced a 6-part audio documentary series profiling the heroic life and tragic death of Coach Ed Thomas, an Iowa state champion who coached four players to the NFL and led his small town’s recovery from a devastating tornado before being murdered by a former player.
