So, for those of you who don't know... my husband and I produce Culinary Concerts. Is a live interactive performance of eco HipHop laced with a Culinary show. I'm a Raw Vegan Chef and I Dj while my husband emcees. We educate on the subjects of holistic wellness, organic gardening, raw foods, and environmental awareness using Hip Hop (Higher Inner Peace Helping Other People) as the platform to engage the youth. This was today in Brooklyn. We made kale lemonade for these babies, and they loved it.

“ This map, compiled using data gathered by the Tuskegee Institute, represents the geographic distribution of lynchings during some of the years when the crime was most widespread in the United States. Tuskegee began keeping lynching records under the direction of Booker T. Washington, who was the institute’s founding leader.

In 1959, Tuskegee defined its parameters for pronouncing a murder a “lynching”: “There must be legal evidence that a person was killed. That person must have met death illegally. A group of three or more persons must have participated in the killing. The group must have acted under the pretext of service to justice, race or tradition.”

In 1900-1931, Georgia led the lynching tally, with Mississippi, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Alabama, and Arkansas rounding out the top seven worst offenders.

King Menkaure and a Queen, Fourth Dynasty, reign of Menkaure. Graywacke with faint remains of paint.

Look at the queen supporting her king. I love it!

Not technically supporting the king, but giving validity to him. We refer to the King as Pharoah, but that’s a mistransliteration of the word Per-aa which means Great House. Since ancient Egypt was a matriarchal/matrilineal society, it was the Queen’s House. His marriage to the Great Royal Daughter(or Great Royal Wife) substantiated his claim to the throne. Artwork such as thing authenticated those claims. Without the support of Black Queen, he was literally nothing.
