Almost midnight on a Sunday and finally regrouping after 4 gigs yesterday. We rarely have a break where all the gear is back up on the racks, so wanted to document so I remember where it all goes😂. We’re now up to:

4 full PA’s
5 ceremony/cocktail kits
6 Roc n Rollers
4 drum sets w hardware and cymbals
A great team of Techs and Assistants that we absolutely could not do this without.

Catching a little breather here over the next two weeks, but then we head full steam into the last big push of summer with 25 jobs in September.

We had the pleasure of providing full sound and uplighting for a wedding at Jan Ser Studios in Milwaukee last Saturday. Such a beautiful space and layout, it was a wonderful event!

4 separate gigs tonight in 3 different states plus ceremony system and cocktail system for 2 of them.

Our team did a stellar job tonight and we couldn’t be more proud of what they accomplished!

Just finally settling back in after a crazy busy weekend and beginning of the week. BBKF Productions provided sound for 2 stages at second city on Friday (forgot to take pics). Did a BWK show with the amazing Lauren Dukes (and others), slept 2 hours and hopped a flight to Vegas where we got to work with Hey Jimmy Gold at the annual car wash convention on Tuesday.

Made it home Wednesday at 12:30am and back to drum shop and nursing for the 2 of us.

Now to start planning for the next few weeks of shows!

Up burning the midnight oil tonight with the BBKF crew! Getting everything prepared for a full production blitz at CD & ME with Radio Gaga tonight. 2-10s, 2-12s, 2-15s, and 2-18s, plus all the extra gear required. 3 engineers and a full 20 track recording rig as well. Betsy’s bursting at the seams, but she’s ready to rock😊🤘

As we keep growing, we’d like to welcome Jeff Jankowski to our crew! Jeff has been a friend and a supporter of so many of our musical endeavors over the years, it was an easy call to make him a member of our team. Jeff was out drum teching for the Freddy Jones band last night at their sold out show at the Rivera last night. Welcome aboard, my friend!!

It’s been a year of changes for our little sound company. We are officially BBKF Productions LLC, we have our first non-family member contractor (Salena ❤️) and have 2 full corporate sized systems.

I am so thankful for all of my friends, family and new friends made over this last year, Happy Holidays to everyone!!!

Could not be more proud of this group of people that I get to call co- workers as well as family ❤️. In a short 14 months, BBKF Productions has gone from a mere suggestion to a fully realized production company. We’d lIke to welcome Salena Gonzalez as our first addition to our team as our new A1, allowing us to expand our services to even more clients. Thank you so much to everyone who trusted us with their events this last year, especially the folks at Bluewater Kings and Radio Gaga. The future is looking very bright indeed, forward we go!!😊🤘

Last night in Pontiac I had the pleasure of mixing Radio Gaga (Queen/Lady Gaga) If you haven’t seen their show it’s time to make plans to do so and actually Sunday at Andersonville I will be mixing them again, but this time my husband will be filling in on drums.

This picture is the essence of its better early than late. Let’s just say the stage looked like this for over an hour 🤪.

The rigs all packed for BBKF Productions first weekend of shows with the Blue Water Kings organization!! Beth and TJ will be in the city tomorrow while Greg is out with Shout Out and then Beth and Greg head to Madison on Sunday. Super excited for what’s to come with our new company! Sound dog may be included on the gig but isn’t nearly as excited😆

A client of ours called needing to make a high quality audition tape for gig he was going out for, so we’ve got the studio all ready for multi track drums and several angles of video.
