Dangerous Cow Publishing was established in 2013 to create a greater market for outdoor media and wilderness books that ring true with the new generation of every day hunters. The term “dangerous cow”, was captured from a four year old’s imagining of cape buffalo and adventures with them. The world is changing and naturally, our literature must reflect that. Our first book, “The Urban Deer Complex

”, exposed a new angle of deer hunting culture in America. Being the first book of its kind, it harnessed the growing demand for knowledge pertaining to the everyday “part-time” hunters. Dangerous Cow Publishing strives to evolve and adapt with the new times of hunting and outdoor adventures.
