CORPORATE YOGA & MEDITATION

We bring yoga to you! In this class that was primarily chair based, shared some easy movement people could do at their desks to unwind, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.

We listened to new album, which was the perfect vibe. Everyone seemed to enjoy the experience. Stay tuned for testimonials!

Yoga Sutra 1.2 says that YOGA IS THE CESSATION OF THE INCESSANT FLUCTUATIONS OF THE MIND/ CONSCIOUSNESS. That’s the point of everything we do.

It’s unclear how we got to a place in the West where everyone thinks Yoga is just exercise, posing for the camera or sexual.

It’s really mind control. It’s a spiritual practice of purification, breaking through samskaras (grooves in the mind, habits) and karma (the results of previous actions) leading to total liberation.

You don’t need luck.
You don’t need money.
You don’t need to be the smartest.
Or the strongest.
Or the most flexible.
You don’t even need a crew of people to help you.

Luck is for those who don’t have faith. Who believe in themselves but nothing Higher or Greater. Living on luck and your own human ability is a stressful and unpredictable way to live.

But when you find a way to make friends with and surrender to the Source of all things instead of fighting against it, watch all things become available to you. Money. Resources. People who will pop up and help out of the blue. Nightmares will turn into dreams. It will seem miraculous.

How to connect to this miraculous Source? Meditate. Clear your mind of it’s incessant chatter and repeating thought patterns. Let go of your ego. Stop obsessing with your avatar and remember you’re a spirit. Forgive yourself and others. Heal. Become clear. Empty yourself. Then there becomes space for Source to flow in and make miracles.

Outsiders will call you lucky, ask how you did it. They’ll say you must have some secret that you can suddenly make something out of nothing. Some refer to it Source or the Creator. Some call it Father or Mother. Some call it Brahman or YHWH or Allah. Call it what you want. When they ask you, tell them. The secret is God. 🍀

Here’s to freedom.
To breaking the chains.
To feeing ourselves from mental slavery.
To abandoning addictions.
To letting go of trauma from the past.
To abolishing fear.
To total healing.

And when we have done that.
Here’s to helping someone else do the same.

When our friends, our parents, our neighborhoods, are still in shackles, the answer isn’t to gloat and leave them. Like the great Harriet Tubman and so many others, go back and take them to freedom with you.

Let’s all get free.
