Капустный пирог

Ингредиенты:
-Капуста белокoчанная (молодая) — 500 г
-Яйцо — 3 шт
-Сметана — 5 ст. л.
-Майонез — 3 ст. л.
-Мука — 6 ст. л.
-Соль — 1 ч. л.
-Разрыхлитель теста — 2 ч. л.
-Укроп — 1/2 пуч.
-Кунжут (для посыпки)

Приготовление:
Капусту нашинковать, подсолить и слегка обмять.
Добавить мелко нарезанную зелень.
Яйца взбить в однородную массу.
Добавить остальные ингредиенты и замесить тесто.
Форму смазать сливочным маслом и выложить в неё капусту
Залить тестом и посыпать сверху кунжутом.
Поставить форму в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку, выпекать 30 минут до образования золотистой корочки.
