Needless to say, it was a thrill to have worked with a team that shared one laugh too many on set given what we were shooting -
@tshyan and his team for capturing the meaning of fear, @nutsandbears and team for sculpting shadows and @sleepless_society’s team for setting the tone with a textured, lived-in set. @hellogroupsg for casting @rachyenyy, styled by @kmstarfish and @bycaseyling, and who drew us in with a gripping performance played perfectly off the energy of @daisyannemitchell.
Finished in glorious grit by @leesihorng and the post team - @ssitikhai for braving the offline edit despite needing to sleep with the lights on, @mklovesbacon for his love of deep, dark blacks, @jonthelaw and @sandehybeachh_ for their invisible hand in the online edit, and of course, @fuseadventuresinaudio for their spine-tingling, atmospheric work on audio post production, working off production tracks meticulously captured on set by @fatfatjames_choong.

Shedding Light on the Riddles in the Dark
Based loosely on the real-world events of Cicada 3301, this is @jac.min + @wenhao.tv’s cyberpunk-influenced, film noir geek-out. To the people that made possible this latest of our @methodnmadness_ x @semicolon.asia collaborations:

With @tshyan leading the cinematography department, @steadiang on camera, and @daryl_nah pulling. Lit by @nutsandbears and his boys.
Joined this time by @sleepless_society and his team — who weren’t just responsible for dressing our sets, but also the practical effects that lent tangible, physical interactions with otherwise imaginary CGI characters. Casted by our friends over at @hellogroupsg, who put together an ensemble led by @debra_loi and @harry_nayan, and styled by @kmstarfish and @bycaseyling.
Special shouts to @ssitikhai who didn’t just edit this, but also daringly turned up on set as the performance reference/stand-in for Bronto. Needless to say, @mklovesbacon for the grade and more importantly, laying down the post production pipeline for the VFX team -
