It’s crazy how much has changed. Three years ago I was nervous – I was broke – all the money I made went into TSM. I was working like 100 hours a week. The clinic had just opened and was almost bankrupt. We went way over budget. I remember spending the entire Christmas working. I spent months only eating frozen dinners and bread because those were the cheapest meals I could find. I thought it would be years until I could travel again… My car had broken down and my mom gave me her car since I couldn’t afford a new one. Good old times.

🎉🎉I am thrilled to announce that is expanding! 🎊🎊

My goal is to make dental care affordable for all. Dentistry is expensive but I’m trying hard to fix that problem. 🦷🦷
It’s been a crazy 3 years! Three years ago when I opened The Smile Mission – I didn’t know anyone in Miami.🙈 I don’t speak Spanish.🙈 I picked Miami for the nice weather and ability to travel. I opened The Smile Mission in Miami and hoped for the best.

I remember in just our 2nd week open we had a patient fly in from Louisiana. The next week we had a patient fly in from Texas. Now we have several patients everyday coming from out of state. We have grown really fast. I never expected this. 🤯 Thousands of patients have been able to smile for the first time in their life!

- We are in need of great dentists, hygienists, or assistants in Fort Lauderdale, Sarasota, Lakeland, and Orlando offices. Anyone interested – please private message me. 🙏

Here are some of my "rougher" times of my travels that I usually don’t talk about
It wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns
- been deported from 8 different countries
- been put in Jail twice
- been interrogated more times than I can count
- picked up random allergies and rashes
- had to sleep in some very rough places
I gave up having a car and lived with 3 other roommates until I was 33
I think it’s important to show this side of travel as well

So I just became the most traveled American... Kind of crazy.

In summary - I have been to more regions in the world than any other current or previous American has ever been to. See photos below. I’m also the most traveled person in the world under 50.

One of the things I’m most proud of is that I always interacted with locals everywhere. The coolest part is I was able to volunteer in many countries and I paid for my travels by making oral health care affordable by creating The Smile Mission.

I never planned to get this ranking. I just loved traveling and always wanted to go somewhere new. For me – the tough locations turned out to be the most meaningful and fun to visit. Obviously, I’ve had several rough situations but I think it was well worth it.

I’ve been really surprised by how popular The Smile Mission has become. Patients are flying in and driving +5 hours to come to the clinic. The next few months I plan to take a little break and focus on expanding The Smile Mission – allowing more Americans to get affordable dental health care.

Iran 🇮🇷!

I am finally posting to my timeline! These past two years have been crazy. Making an affordable clinic in USA is basically impossible - hence why I had no time to post or do anything. But now is working well and I even can take time to travel.

Also, When I travel I never want to be on social media. I want to enjoy where I am and always spend every second doing and seeing more. But now I’m in Iran and as an American I am required to do a tour. My tour is independent, but they can’t go 18 hours in a row like I normally do when I travel 🤣. They need a few breaks which gives me time to post on social media for this trip 👍
