MCD - 3 transport line to open in Moscow on August 17

The MCD-3 line will pass through the capital from the northwest to the southeast crossing 24 Moscow districts. The 85 km line will have 42 stations, 14 of which will have interchanges to metro, the MCC and suburban rail system.

Jazeera Airways launches flights from Kuwait to Moscow

They will connect through Kuwait Moscow with places such as Dubai, Sharm El Sheikh and popular cities in Turkey.

Flights will commence on February 2, 2023 with four flights weekly leaving Kuwait on Mondays, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays. Flights land at Moscow Domodedovo Airport. Jazeera will be the first airline to operate flights between the two cities.

- European comission has officially blacklisted 21 Russian airline companies including Aeroflot, "Rossiya", "Pobeda", S7, Ural Airlines, Nordwind, Pegas fly, "Yamal", Utair, IrAero, Nordstar, Smartavia.Their aircrafts will no more be able to land in, take off or overfly the territory of the EU.

- Kazakhstan lifts the pandemic - related restrictions on crossing border with Russia since April 11.
Those arriving from other countries should submit proof of a negative PCR test for the presence of COVID-19 or a recognized vaccination certificate.

- Nordwind Airlines has launched a ticket sale for domestic flights (scheduled within the period until June 10) with 10 - 15% off. The offer is valid until April 24.

The Russian authorities have announced this week that the country is preparing to apply entry restrictions to arrivals from several countries, including those travelling from the European Union Member States.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov said, that the country is developing a decree on retaliatory measures in response to the restrictive measures that have been taken by several countries against Russia, Schengen Visa Info reports.The Minister did not give any detailed explanation regarding the changes that would be made, but he noted that through this decree, they would introduce a number of restrictions.
