The sermon of Hajj al-Wada has great importance in Islam. In this manifesto, there is no suspicion of supporting any group, any ethnic, national interest, any kind of personal interest, etc. In Dhu Qa'dah 10 Hijri, Muhammad (peace be upon him) intended to perform Hajj. This was the first and last Hajj of Muhammad (peace be upon him). In this context, it is called "Hajj Al-Wadaa". This communication is also known as "Hajj-ul-Islam" and "Hajj-ul-Balag" because of Islam. The sermon delivered by Muhammad (peace be upon him) on the occasion of Hajj is called the Farewell Sermon. A sea of ​​one hundred and twenty-four thousand or one hundred and forty-four thousand people was beating around Muhammad (peace be upon him). Addressed. This sermon is the essence of Islamic teachings. And is a comprehensive overview of the social, political and cultural principles of Islam, its main points and their religious and moral importance are as follows.

"All praise is due to Allah, we praise Him. Want help with that. Apologize to him. We repent to Him and we seek refuge with Allah from the evils of our souls and the evils of our actions. Whoever Allah guides, no one can lead him astray, and whoever Allah leads astray, no one can guide him. I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, He is One. He has no partner and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.

🟢 God's servants! I strongly urge you to fear Allah and obey Him, and I begin with that which is good.

🟢 People! Listen to me, I don't know if I can meet you again in this place after this year.

🟢 Yes, all the rules of ignorance are under my feet today; There is no superiority of Arabic over a foreigner and a foreigner over an Arabic, red over black and black over red except because of piety.

🟢 Your slaves are yours, feed them what you eat and wear them what you wear.

🟢 God has given his right to every rightful person in inheritance. Now a will is not permissible for an heir. The boy is the heir of the one born in her bed, stones for the adulterer and their reckoning is with God.

شیشم (ٹالی)
پاکستان کے مقامی درخت۔
شیشم کے عروج و ذوال کی کہانی
سال 1865 ہے، انگریز سرکار نے اپنی سب سے امیر کالونی ہندوستان کے وسائل تک بہتر رسائ کے لیے، اسٹیم انجن کی طاقت سے دوڑتے ریلوے کے نظام کو پورے ہندوستان میں بچھانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔

مگر اس نظام کی کامیابی میں ایک بہت بڑی رکاوٹ ہے۔ یہ رکاوٹ اسٹیم انجنون کو رواں رکھنے والے ایندھن( جلنے والی بہترین لکڑی) کی بروقت، مسلسل اور وافر مقدار میں سپلائ کا نہ ہونا ہے۔

اسی ایندھن کی ضرورت کی وجہ سے انگریز سرکار نے 1866 میں ضلع لاہور اور قصور کے مضافات میں ایک مصنوعی جنگل بسانے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔ (اسی جنگل کا نام دو ڈاکو بھائیوں کی وجہ سے بعد میں چھانگا مانگا پڑا)

اس جنگل میں تقریباً 12 ہزار ایکڑ پر بہترین لکڑی اور تیزی سے اگنے کی صلاحیت کے حامل درختوں کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر لگاۓ جانے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔
ان خصوصیات کے حامل درختوں کی فہرست میں برصغیر کے مقامی اشجار کے علاوہ ایک دوسرے دیس کا پردیسی شجر بھی شامل ہے۔
یہ پردیسی، نیپال کے دیس کا ایک شجر ہے جیسے اردو میں شیشیم، پنجابی میں ٹاہلی، سنسکرت میں ششپا، گجراتی میں سیسم- عربی میں سا سم انگریزی میں انڈین روزوڈ ( Indian rosewood) اور نباتات میں ڈال بارجیا سیسو (Dalbergia Sissoo) کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔

یہ شیشم کے شجر کا پاک و ہند کی دھرتی سے پہلا باقاعدہ تعارف تھا۔

شیشم کے نباتاتی نام کا پہلا حصہ ڈال بارجیا، مشہور سویڈش ماہر نباتات نکولس ڈال بارجیا (Nicholas Dalbergia) کے نام پر رکھا گیا ہے، جبکہ دوسرا حصہ سیسو، ہندوستانی نام کی ایک بگڑی ہوئ شکل ہے۔

شیشم کا آبائ وطن کوہ ہمالیہ کا دامن ہے۔ یہ نیپال سے افغانستان تک اور ایران، انڈونیشیا میں قدرتی طور پر پایا جاتا ہے۔ اب شیشم اپنی بہترین لکڑی کی وجہ سے دنیا کے مختلف خطوں میں کاشت بھی کیا جاتا ہے۔

شیشم ایک درمیانے قد کاٹھ کا درخت ہے اور یہ اونچائ میں 25 میٹر (82 فٹ) تک بڑھ سکتا ہے۔ بالغ صحت مند شجر کے تنے کا قطر 2 سے 3 میٹر (6 فٹ 7 انچ سے 9 فٹ 10 انچ) تک ہوتا ہے، ۔کھلے میں اگنے پر تنے اکثر ٹیڑھے ہو جاتے ہیں۔ تنے پر ہلکے بھورے سے گہرے بھوری رنگ کی کھردری چھال ہوتی ہے، جو کہ 2.5 سینٹی میٹر (0.98 انچ) تک موٹی ہو سکتی ہے،

پتے تقریباً 15 سینٹی میٹر (5.9 انچ) لمبے ہوتے ہیں۔ جوان ٹہنیاں نیچے اور جھکی ہوئی ہوتی ہیں، جبکہ بڑی اوپری شاخیں پھیلتے ہوئے چھتری سی وضع بناتی ہیں۔

پھول سفید سے گلابی رنگ چڑھاۓ ہوۓ ہوتے ہیں. خوشبو سے لبریز یہ پھول 1.5 سینٹی میٹر (0.59 انچ) تک لمبے اور جھرمٹوں میں ہوتے ہیں۔

پھلیاں لمبی، چپٹی، پتلی، پٹے کی وضع کی ہوتی ہیں۔ شیشم کی پھلیاں 4 سے 8 سینٹی میٹر (1.6 سے 3.1 انچ) لمبی، 1 سینٹی میٹر (0.39 انچ) چوڑی اور ہلکی بھوری ہوتی ہیں۔ ان میں ایک سے پانچ چپٹے، گول شکل کے ، 8 سے 10 ملی میٹر (0.31 سے 0.39 انچ) لمبے”بیج “ہوتے ہیں۔

بیج صرف چند ماہ کے لیے قابل استعمال رہتے ہیں۔ بوائی سے پہلے بیجوں کو 48 گھنٹوں تک پانی میں بھگو دینا چاہیے۔ 1 صحت مند درخت کے بیجوں سے 3 ہفتوں میں 60% - 80% شرح اگاؤ کی توقع کی جا سکتی ہے۔

شیشم کے شجر کا سب سے اہم کارنامہ نائٹروجن فکسیشن یعنی کہ نائٹروجن کو پودوں کے لیے قابل استعمال نامیاتی حالت میں بدلنا ہے۔ اس عمل سے شیشم بنجر اور بار بار استعمال شدہ زمین کے ٹکڑوں میں ایک نئ زندگی پھونک دیتا ہے۔

شیشم کی لکڑی کا سب سے اہم استمعال فرنیچر مینوفیکچرنگ ہے. شیشم کی لکڑی کو فرنیچر مینوفیکچرنگ میں استعمال کرنے سے پہلے خشک کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ عمل سیزننگ کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ روایتی طور پر، اسے کھلے علاقوں میں تقریباً چھ ماہ تک دھوپ میں خشک کرنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیا جاتا ہے، جبکہ تجارتی طور پر شیشم کو تقریباً 7 سے 15 دنوں تک گرم ہوا کی گردش کے ساتھ بند چیمبروں میں خشک کیا جاتا ہے۔

(شیشم کا فرنیچر خریدتے وقت ہمیشہ گہرے بھورے یا سنہری رنگ کی لکڑی کا انتخاب کریں۔ یہ Heartwood- تنے کا اندرونی سخت حصہ- پر مشتمل ہوتی ہے جو کہ فنجاٸی اور دوسرے لکڑی کو نقصان پہنچانے والے جانداروں کے خلاف مزاحمت کی حامل لکڑی ہے اور اس سے بنایا گیا فرنیچر مضبوط اور زیادہ پائیدار ہوتا ہے۔ ہلکے پیلے یا سفید رنگ کی لکڑی Sapwood- تنے کی اوپری سطح پر مشتمل ہوتی ہے اور بیماریوں اور جانداروں کے خلاف مزاحمت سے محروم ہوتی ہے۔)

شیشم کی لکڑی اپنی مضبوطی اور پائیداری کی وجہ سے تعمیراتی مقاصد اور زرعی اوزار بنانے کے لیے بھی وسیع پیمانے پر استعمال ہوتی آئ ہے۔ شیشم کی لکڑی کا مسواک بھی دانتوں کی صحت کے لیے انتہائ مفید بتایا جاتا ہے۔

شیشم کے شجر کے مختلف جزو کا ایتنھو
میڈیسین کے شعبوں میں تقریباً 3000 سال سے استعمال ہو رہا ہے۔ ہندو آیورودک لٹریچر میں شیشم کا اکثر ذکر ملتا ہے۔ جدید علم ادویات میں شیشم کو کینسر کی چند اقسام کے خلاف موثر بتایا جاتا ہے۔

شیشم کا درخت ناپید ہونے کے خطرے کا شکار ہو گیا ہے نوے کی دہائ میں لگنے والی بیماری نے شیشم کے 70 فیصد کے قریب درختوں کو ختم کر دیا ہے۔ اس بیماری کا کوئ علاج نہیں مگر نئ ورائیٹیز (جو کہ اس بیماری کے خلاف مزاحمت رکھتی ہیں) کو وسیع پیمانے پر کاشت کرنا ہی شیشم کو بچانے کا واحد حل ہے۔ زرعی یونیورسٹی فیصل آباد کے ریسرچرز کے مطابق بیماری سے پاک بیج اور پودے لگاۓ جا رہے ہیں۔ مگر شیشم یہ جنگ خود سے نہیں جیت سکتا۔ اگر ہم بھی تھوڑی سی کوشش کریں تو شیشم پھر سے ہمارے کھیت کھلیانوں کو زرخیز، صحنوں کو خوبصورت اور اس کا فرنیچر ہمارے گھروں کو مکمل کر سکتا ہے۔

شیشم نے ہمیں رہنے کے لیے چھت، آرام کرنے اور سونے کے لیے فرنیچر، کھانا اگانے کے لیے زرخیزی، کھانا پکانے کے لیے ایندھن، جھلساتی گرمی سے بچنے کے لیے ٹھنڈا سایہ اور جاڑے میں اپنا آپ جلا کر حرارت فراہم کی ہے۔ مگر اب شیشم اپنے آپ کو ناپیدگی سے بچانے کے لیے ہم سے تھوڑی سی مدد کا طلبگار ہے۔ امید ہے ہم بھی اسے ناامید نہیں کریں گے.
