Are you rizz? Or drip? Or just a bit mid? Perhaps your outfit is fire, maybe even GOAT. BTAIM, I'd like to hear what slang words or phrases, or even abbreviations, you used when you were at school all those years ago. You know, back when things were gas.

This is in preparation for a programme I'm hoping to do soon on youthspeak, and how social media and Gen Zs (and maybe even the Gen Alphas) are driving language evolution. And that's not cap! Anyway, LMK. GTG! 😉

It's about New Zealand's assisted dying laws (brought in November 2021), and features Paul Weaver, who recently chose to end his life before his terminal condition became too much.

Okay so, big mistake on my part. Last night's programme on Self-Publishing didn't go to air, and instead was a programme on Tuatara. My apologies to Maya Ronen, award-winning indie author who featured in the programme. Her interview will now be broadcast on 22 August. My fault entirely; the staff at Access Radio are blameless.

However, it's obvious from the overwhelming lack of complaints that nobody actually listens to my programme, and so it's with a heavy heart that I am considering shutting it down. Thanks to the handful of people who I know have listened over the past few months.
