Elvidour Concept is an idea borne out of my creative thinking but most especially out of the need for financial independence, entrepreneurship and relevance to my society. I registered the Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission in August 2017 as a brand that will house Several Small and medium scale enterprises to render services to Port Harcourt residents and the country at large, to foster youth engagement and to also solve some of the unemployment issues of our society.
Since the inception of this Brand name and ideology, I have calculated and evaluated my professional knowledge, skills, abilities and environment, merging them with my experiences in life and my understanding of the needs of my present environment; I have come up with some services and ideas as to how I can meet the needs of people, engage youths, solve as many unemployment issues as I can and still achieve the financial independence that I crave for, so I went to my drawing board and came up with some SMEs that can help me achieve that, the first of which is ELVIDOUR HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTING AGENCY.
For almost 2 years now, I have been involved in selecting and interviewing job applicants for friends and colleagues who own businesses as a thing of leisure. I have out of my own free will and at no expense at all, done personal verification on the people I recommend for positions, grilled them on former work experiences, on their skills, abilities and how they can fit into a new work environment and make the businesses of their new employers better. I succeeded 100% in all the recommendations that I have given out and my reward has always been the joy of the new employee and the satisfaction of the employer. Sometime in 2018 I added a staffing agency to my drawing board.
