The Minister was speaking against the back drop of why he needed a lot of money when he went oveaseas to represent the country. Today, the same Minister is at the centre of a leaked cheque in his name in the amount of over $13,000 purportedly for a trip to cover expenses for his participation in the OAS General Assembly.
