NEVER DIE WITH YOUR PROBLEM, IT IS GOOD TO SHARE.
In 2022, applied for a job. I was the last applicant on the last day of application. On the applicants list, I was at number 86!

At the gate the Watchman asked me, "unajua Nani huku?" "No one." I replied. "Jaribu Tu, ingawaje ni ngumu". He replied. It was on Friday. I was lucky to receive a call on the next Friday, that is a week later.
At the interview, I checked the list of shortlisted candidates and I was the first one. We were 26 in number. We interacted as we wait to face the panel. We knew each other. It was surprising that the panelists called our names randomly.

I was the 20th to enter. The panelists asked me normal questions, then content. They later gave me a mug of tea. I tasted, I found that there was no sugar added, ilikuwa nduvya. I immediately asked for sugar. No one gave it to me. I saw the panelists smile and everyone was writing something, they didn't allow me to finish the tea. They then asked me to go, and that the interview was over. I thanked them and moved out. "Call for us Amos."...I went out.
At the end I found that all interviewees took their tea without asking for sugar. And that is how they failed. I secured the job. But unfortunately the salary was too low than the job that I had previously secured. I opted for the initial job.

Lesson.
Whenever you have a problem don't keep quiet. Usivumilie na nduvya. Ask for sugar. Share your endurance with friends and confidantes.
