Pin Wheel Samosa! Enjoy samosa in a New and twisty avatar with this fun and simple recipe

Pin Wheel Samosa-

Ingredients

• 1 ½ Plain Flour
• 1 Tbs Oil
• 4 Grated Boil Potato
• Dry Spices
1 Tbs Garam Masala
½ Tbs Jeera
½ Amchur Powder
½ Red Chili Powder
½ Corse Coriander
½ Tbs Jeera Powder.
• ½ Tbs Black Paper Powder
• Water
• Salt as per Taste

Preparation

• Dough Making

1) Take Big Bowl and take 1½ Bowl Plain Flour.
2) Now add Salt & 1 Tbs Oil & Mix it.
3) Now add water & make Dough.
4) Then add some Oil and Put it aside

• Stuffing

1) Take bowl and add 4 grated boil potato
2) Now add Dry Spices in Bowl & Mix it.
3) Then add salt and mix it.

• PinWheel Samosa

1) Take Dough and form a round.
2) Roll it down to medium size sheet.
3) Now Spread Stuffing evenly on sheet and Grease sheet edges with water.
4) Then Roll sheet tightly.
5) Now cut it in roll pieces and take in hand and press it gently.
6) Now dip fry till Golden Brown then turn it and fry again. (You can Also Baked it in Oven)
7) Then transfer to dish (used with paper napkin or butter paper, so excess oil will be soaked)
8) Now transfer to serving plate and garnish with coriander.
9) Now It’s Ready to Eat.
