Our Story
In the year, 1992, we started as small 4 A4 size newspaper.That was the period of stock market crash after Harshad Mehta episode. The publication received strong response from the Investors which prompted us to expand the same to 4 page A3 size (tabloid size ) newspaper in April 1993. With the strong support of the Readers, We expanded to 8 pages, 16 pages and now Chanakya has two editions ( in Gujarati as well as in English) with 24 pages in each issue. During 1996/97, we diversified to Crossword magazines to give stability to our business which at that time ,was mainly dependant on stock market mood.At present we publish 4 Crossword Magazines: Timepass, Magajmari, Bhejamari and Shabd Sangam.
To give stability to our business, we entered Recruitment space with Staffavailable.com, and gradually the site has sole focus on Abroad Jobs, Government Jobs and Household jobs. At present no other site in India focuses on Household jobs.
Fancy for posh cars , brought us in the business of Automobiles with BigGaddi.com . At present BigGaddi.com is the only website in India with specialisation in Used Trucks, Used Tractors and Used Construction equipments.
