Verdant Brewing Co - Brewery & Taproom - PuTTTy (2024) // NE TIPA // 10%

We have sucked up the worlds supply of Galaxy, Mosaic and Azacca hops like an insatiable black hole and then pummelled them violently into this crazy big relative of our most famous beer.

How much can it take? How saturated can a beer become? How dense is dense enough? Does a straw have one or two holes?

Garage Beer Co x Cyclic Beer Farm - ZENDO // Berliner Weisse // 6%

It's always a pleasure to welcome our neighbours from Cyclic Beer Farm down to Garage HQ. Their take on elegant, tart, mixed fermentation ales is a thing of beauty so we wanted to use some of that elegance in creating a kettle sour beer that steals from that playbook. This one was all about delicately balancing ingredients to bring complexity to an easy drinking sour beer. Careful use of hibiscus, orange blossom water, vanilla and cinnamon result in a beer with a beautiful red hue that brings memories of Mexican agua de Jamaica and cranberry sauce that is paired with Christmas dinner. A dry finish with a slight rounding sweetness from the vanilla make for a very drinkable sour ale.

Finback Brewery x Floc. Brewing - Mode // NE IPA

We cooked up a classic India Pale Ale with all of our favorite hops, including Citra, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Citra Cryo and Idaho 7 Cryo. A blend that’s yielded flavor and aroma dank notes of citrus and orange.

Siren Craft Brew - Black Mirror // Imp. Stout // 8%

A birthday stout truly dialled up to 11. This indulgent beer is layered with rich Rio Caribe cacao and hand-toasted coconut. It pours rich and thick, with flavours of Belgian chocolate, caramelised dark sugars and biscuity vanilla wafers.

We are thrilled to finally introduce this new DIPA and its snazzy label to the world! As per usual with our big DIPAs clocking at 8.4%, you can expect a soft mouthfeel and incredible juiciness. Motueka hops are shining in this brew, working seamlessly with the tangy pink grapefruit and dank mango notes from Talus and Mosaic. It’s been a while since we released a new DIPA and Hearts & Minds definitely makes us proud! Go get it, folks.

LERVIG (NOR) x Nevel Artisan Ales (NL) - Defunked By Rackhouse // Wild Ale // 6.5%

A mixed fermentation sour brewed in collaboration with Nevel Wild Ales from the Netherlands. This Norwegian sour was brewed with locally foraged juniper and fermented with Kveik yeast, then aged in a Foeder for 18 months with our house mix culture. The result is a nuanced mixed fermentation sour with bright acidity, citrus fruits and wild funk.

Since we started our journey Sascha and Christian from the great bar, tasting room and terrific pizzeria naïv have always been big supporters of our beers and over the years we developed a close partnership. So it was only a matter of time to finally start a project together. The result is a smooth and silky tropical IPA with the unique hop combo of HBC630, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & Citra.

Out of Season is our take on a style that deep down each of us professes to love – a bitter with a modern twist to make sure you know it’s definitely a Polly’s beer, we’ve allowed our malt bill to do the talking here – a simple line up of Extra Pale and Milled DRC brings a biscuity sweetness and hearty amber colour, whilst a gentle addition both hot and cold side of Azacca brings a resinous bitterness backed up with a citrus sweetness to play off the malt bill perfectly.
