Footage of the arrest of murderer Toby Kelly is released by Northumbria Police

Body-worn camera footage of Blyth man Toby Kelly being arrested after murdering Sheldon Flanighan has been released by Northumbria Police. Kelly, 38, of Wansbeck Avenue in Blyth, ran the ambulance worker down outside The Bay Horse pub in Cramlington on April 1. A judge has handed him a life sentence with a minimum term of 28 years at Newcastle Crown Court.
