West Papua to Kanaky joined march for the 35th Anniversary of the Assassination of Dr. A. R. Ghassemlou by the Iran coloniser and illegal occupier in Vienna.



On July 13, 2024, it will be 35 years since terrorist-cum-diplomats from the Islamic Republic of Iran assassinated Dr. Abdulrahman Ghassemlou, the former Secretary General of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan (PDKI), Abdullah Qaderi Azar, a member of the PDKI Central Committee, and Dr. Fazel Rasoul, a friend of Dr. Ghassemlou and the PDKI, during negotiations in Vienna.

The state terrorism of the Islamic Republic of Iran against Dr. Ghassemlou is one of the events that the PDKI and the people of Kurdistan will never forget. In this regard, we can point out several reasons why the legacy and memory of this great leader remains alive and why our party and the people of Kurdistan commemorate him frequently, especially on July 13.

We West Papua On the 35th anniversary of the assassination of our esteemed leader, Dr. Ghassemlou, we honour his contributions to the PDKI and the Kurdish national and democratic movement. We are supporting his ideas and beliefs and use them as a guideline for Kurdish independence struggle. We remember him, and the Kurdish struggle will achieve self-determination from Iran occupiers and illegal annexation in indigenous Kurdish land.

WELCOME TO TURKEY FACIST STATE DEMOCRACY 2024

A political verdict has just shaken Turkey. At the final hearing of the long-running “Kobane trial,” 24 politicians, including former HDP leaders Figen Yüksekdağ and Selahattin Demirtaş, were sentenced to over 417 years in prison in total. The two were co-chairs of the left-wing pro-Kurdish HDP party. This was the last hearing of the case against 108 politicians, 18 of whom are in prison.

After ISIS attacked the Syrian-Kurdish city of Kobane in 2014, the HDP called for mass protests to show solidarity and condemn the Turkish government’s alleged links to the terrorist organization. The Turkish state, in turn, accused Yüksekdağ and Demirtaş of causing “unrest” and of supporting “terrorist organizations,” a reference to the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG), which, with the help of Western air support, have been one of the main forces in the fight against ISIS in Syria.

The crackdown-sentencing comes in the context of escalating attacks against left-wing Kurdish movements, which preemptively placed their cards on the alternative DEM party in recent parliamentary and regional elections, fearing the HDP could be banned.

The AKP, which governs in coalition with the nationalist MHP party, suffered significant defeats in the most recent regional elections. The pro-Kurdish left-wing DEM party became the third largest force.

Vanuatu's Prime Minister Charlot Salwai thanked the Vanuatu Free West Papua Association for their support. They have consistently held strong support for the struggle of their Melanesian brothers and sisters in West Papua. PM Salwai also expressed gratitude for the prayers of the people of Vanuatu, which give hope to West Papua.

On 30th December 2023, SEACFP was invited by to perform on the Parliament Steps. We read ‘My Love Story’, a poem by , before presenting a street theatre of an Israel torture chamber. We ended by teaching the crowd at Naarm, the song we’ve been singing as contingent the last few weeks. It was an honour to be invited and a greater honour to march for Palestine.

IKATAN PELAJAR DAN MAHASISWA PAPUA (IPMAPA) SE-MALANG RAYA

“Menyikapi Penyiksaan 3 Warga Sipil Oleh Aparat TNI Di Desa Mangume Kabupaten Puncak Ilaga Papua Tengah”.


Beberapa hari lalu video penyiksaan terhadap waga sipil papua Viral di media sosial membuat kami Kaget, lebih lebih lagi pada saat 22 maret 2024 kemarin, saat video viral di beberapa media sosial memperlihatkan begitu kejamnya aparatur negara ini.

Penangkapan dan penyiksaan tersebut terjadi terhadap tiga (3) warga sipil puncak papua atas nama warinus murib 18 thn, definus kogoya 19 thn, alius murib 19 thn,asal mangume distrik amukia kabupaten puncak papua (ilaga), tepat Pada 03 februari 2024, ini sangat sadis.

Jika melihat lebih jahu ke dalam bagaimana peristiwa ini terjadi.
Kejadian penangkapan dan penyiksaan ini berawal dari Warga Sipil Warius Murib,Definus Kogoya, Alius Murib di tangkap dan di tahan se-wenang-wenang oleh aparat tni terhadap 3 orang pemudah papua saat mencari alang-alang guna menutupi atap rumah honai.

Sebelum tanggal 3 februari 2024. Di ilaga puncak, tersebarnya isu perampasan senjata oleh tpnpb di ibu kota kabupaten puncak kagago, dengan alasan itu katanya aparat tni melakukan patroli di sekitar amergaru dan sekitarnya. Dalam operasi siaga 1, pada 3 februari 2024, aparat tni menemukan 3 orang yang sedang cari alang-alang untuk buat honai, aparat langsung menangkap 3 warga sipil tanpa menanyakan status ketiga anak tersebut.

Setelah Aparat tni menangkap dengan tanpa bukti, aparat membawah tiga warga sipil atas nama warinus murib 18 thn, definus kogoya 19 thn, alius murib 19 thn, dibawah langsung ke pos tni di kagago ibu kota kabupaten puncak. Aparat tni menudu ketiga orang sebagai anggota tpnpb tanpa bukti, akhirnya aparat melakukan penuduhan,pemukulan dan penyiksaan terhadap 3 warga sipil.

Salah satu diantaranya atas nama warinus murib 18 thn, di ikat tangannya lalu di isi di dalam drem berisi air, warius disiksa secara tidak manusiawi dan meninggal dunia. Kami baru memastikan bahwa video yang beredar adalah warinus murib asal mangume kabupaten puncak yang disiksa.

Sementara dua pemuda atas nama definus kogoya dan alius murib dipulangkan dan langsung dibawah kerumah sakit kagago setelah di interogasi dan disiksa namun, dirumah sakit tidak terasa aman dan nyaman akhirnya keluarga korban membawa pulang kerumah untuk melakukan pengobatan dari rumah.
Bukan hanya itu, di kabupaten yahukimo tni porli menagkap dua pelajar papua hingga sampai sekarang mereka masih Belum di bebaskan dari polda papua, sebelumnya mereka dituduh simpatisan kkb,hingga sampai sekarang mereka belum di bebaskan.

Coba Jika kita melihat jahu pelanggaran ham berat di papua. Sejak tahun 1960-an hingga 2024, pembunuhan karakter bahkan pembunuhan misterius hingga nyawa rakyat papua terus beratuhan terjadi. Kita bisa menyimak berbagai kasus pelanggaran ham berat yang terjadi di papua tak satu pun diselesaikan oleh negara. Pada tahun 1962 sampai tahun 1969, pemerintah indonesia melakukan operasi militer di papua untuk merebut papua dari tangan belanda, hingga pada tahun 1963 papua dijadikan daerah operasi militer (dom). Pemerintah indonesia menempatkan tni dalam jumlah besar di seluruh tanah papua dan melakukan operasi besar-besaran. Imbasnya ribuan rakyat papua tewas di bunuh.

Operasi operasi militer di papua tak kunjung usai, dari operasi sadar (1965-1967), operasi bhratayuda (1967-1969), operasi wibawa (19767-1969), operasi pamungkas (1969-1971), operasi militer di kabupaten jayawijaya (1977), operasi sapu bersih i dan ii (1981), operasi galang i dan ii (1982), operasi tumpas (1983-1984) operasi sapu bersih (1985), dan operasi militer di mapenduma (1996). Kemudian masih terus berlanjut hingga ada tiga kasus yang dinyatakan oleh negara sebagai kasus pelanggaran ham berat di papua.

Beberapa kasus pasca reformasi, Seperti kasus wasior berdarah pada tanggal 13 juni 2001; Aparat brimob polda papua melakukanp enyerbuan kepada warga di desa wonoboi, wasior, manokwari. Tercatat empat orang tewas, satu orang mengalami kekerasan seksual, lima orang hilang, dan 39 orang disiksa. Kasus berikutnya adalah kasus wamena berdarah tahun 2003. Komnas ham melaporkan kasus ini menyebabkan sembilan orang tewas, serta 38 orang luka berat.

Selanjutnya kasus paniai berdarah pada 8 desember 2014 yang mana aparat negara menembak mati lima orang siswa sma. Kasus tragedi biak berdarah yang menimpa rakyat papua di biak pada 6 juli 1998. Wamena berdara April 2003,
Kasus tersebut masyarakat papua sedang mengadakan ibadah namun tni porli melakukan penembakan. Uninersitas cenderawasi jayapura maret 2006 berdarah, Deiyai berdarah 28 agustus 2014, Dogiai berdara 13 april 2011, serta kasus kasus pelanggaran ham yang belum di usut tuntas oleh negara.

Otonomi khusus jilid 1 dan otonomi khusus jilid ll malah menjadi malapetaka bagi rakyat papua, membawa kesengsaraan dan penderitaan terhadap masyrakat papua. Otsus membuaat lahan konflik baru pelanggaran ham yang terus terjadi di mana mana, dari konflik perampasan tanah adat, undang undang yang pro terhadap investasi. Bahkan konflik bersenjata antara tni porli dan tpnpb opm terus masif terjadi. Terlihat jelas Otsus bukan memberi solusi tetapi memberi ancaman serius bagi masyarakat papua kedepan

Terhitung dari tahun 2018, konflik bersenjata memakan ribuan korban, masyarakat sipil menggungsi atas tanah tanah adat dan leluhur mereka, pengiriman militer ilegal di papua yang terus memperkeruh keadaan di papua, hingga sampai saat ini pengiriman militer membuat rakyat papua takut dan trauma di atas tanahnya sendiri.

Maka melihat dengan itu, kami Mahasiswa/I IPMAPA-HIPMAPA Papua Se-Jawa Bali Dan Sumatra menyatakan sikap sebagai berikut :


1. Mengecam pangdam XVII cendrawasih segera mengakui adanya anggota tni yang melakukan penyiksaan terhadap warga sipil orang asli di puncak papua.

2. Mengecam pangdam XVII cenderawasih atas pernyataan pembohongan publik di media terkait video penyiksaan yang disebut editan.

3. Copot Jabatan Pangdam xvii Cendrawasih Papua karena menyebarkan berita hoax terhadap publik.


4. Adili, Pecat dan penjarahkan pelaku penyiksaan terhadap warga sipil di puncak ilaga papua tengah

5. Negara indonesia segera mengusut tuntas semua kasus pelanggaran HAM terhadap warga sipil papua di tanah papua barat.
6. KOMNAS HAM RI segera melakukan investigasi penganiayaan terhadap warga sipil di puncak west papua.

7. Negara segera hentikan pengiriman Militer organik maupun non organik dari tanah papua barat serta Tarik militer organik dan non-organik dari tanah papua barat

8. Polda papua segera usut tuntas kasus pembunuhan jein korupon di kabupaten pegunungan bintang oleh aparat negara.

9. Negara segera bertanggung jawab atas penembakan terhadap tiga anak remaja warga sipil dan salah satunya menjadi korban di intan jaya, west papua.

10. Presiden republik indonesia segera perintahkan panglima tni proses hukum tni pelaku penyiksaan anak di kabupaten yahukimo dan warga sipil di kabupaten puncak west papua.

11. Buka Ruang Demokrasi seluas-luasnya dan berikan Kebebasan bagi Jurnalis Nasional, Internasional meliput dan mengakses informasi di Papua Barat.

12. Hentikan Operasi militer di Nduga, Intan Jaya, Puncak Jaya, Maybrat,
Yahukimo, dan seluruh wilayah West Papua lainnya

13. TNI/Polri, Stop melakukan intimidasi terror kepada masyarakat sipil di di derah konflik Kab. Nduga, Intan Jaya . Puncak , Maybrat, Yahukomo, Pegunungan Bintang , Lani Jaya dan seluruh Tanah Papua.

14. Tutup semua tokoh – tokoh minuman Alkohol, Togel, Judi, PSK di tanah papua

15. Tutup seluruh perusahan - perusahan asing dan nasional yang beroperasi di Papua

16. Hentikan perampasan Tanah Adat di seluruh,Tanah Papua

17. Kirim dokter, mantri dan guru. Bukan Militer Indonesia.

18. Kami melarang masuknya seluruh investasi yang masuk ke tanah papua

19. Berikan kebebasan bagi Perempuan Papua dalam, segi Politik, Ekonomi,
Pendidikan, Budaya dan jaminan kesehatan alat Reproduksi

20. Elit-elit papua hentikan mengadu Domba Rakyat Papua melalui Poliitik Praktis

21. Segera adili dan tangkap pelaku pembunuhan berencana ketua DPRD kab.

24. Polda Papua segera usut tuntas kasus pembunuhan Jein Korupon di Kabupaten pegunungan Bintang oleh aparat Polisi.

26. Negara segara bertanggungjawab terhadap eksklasi konflik di tanah

27. Segera berikan hak menentukan nasip sendiri sebagai solusi demokratis bagi rakyat papua
