The Meta Quest Pro is the first in a number of big steps the tech giants are taking towards wearable AR technology.
The ability of the headset to be both a VR headset and arguably the most effective mixed reality headset too is huge news for the industry.
The headset is still of course too big to be classed a 'wearable' but we're going to start seeing amazing and practical uses of the headset in business and in life that will naturally transfer to the headsets of the future.
Watch this space for HTC, Pico and of course Apple to see what they do next!
