STARTING TODAY: APV (Advance Planning Visit) for our newest project "Artificial Intelligence Qualifications' Improvement and Utilization", or in short – AIQIU. 🚀, which will take place in August 2024

AIqiu is a project designed to enhance the digital skills of youth workers, focusing on areas such as healthy AI utilization, VR, and gamification strategies for inclusive youth work. Hosted in , the project involves three main activities: planning sessions, training on VR/gamification, and training on AI utilization.

Partners from , , , and collaborate in this endeavor. The participants, including those facing fewer opportunities, will work on creating a digital toolkit and videos aimed at spreading knowledge to a wider audience.

Additionally, Haddock Entertainment will document the project for potential distribution in film festivals, TV, and VOD platforms. 🎥

1. Have a set morning and evening routine! Murray, Gottlieb, and Swartz (2021) assert that daily routines contribute to mood stabiliSation. Hou, Lai, Ben-Ezra, and Goodwin (2020) also note the importance of having regular routines to improve mental health. Daily routine gives you something to fall back on when you have stressful times and prepares your brain for your daily tasks.
2. Limit your caffeine intake, higher caffeine intake quartile was associated with greater odds of having significant depression (BDI ≥10, P for trend=0.011), and insomnia (ISI ≥8, P for trend=0.015) after adjustment for factors that can affect the psychological status. 3. Guests from NGO Motyvaciniai Projektai (Mpro) will help youth explore how VR is no longer just about gaming, but also a powerful tool for improving physical and emotional health through different practices such as meditation and yoga. They will present latest research results, providing insights into the transformative potential of VR for physical and emotional well-being. Youth will also have the opportunity to try out the TRIPP App meditation session, where they will experience a world carefully crafted specifically for their relaxation.
