Our Story
Blueberry's team of Creative Consultants have grown up in the creative industry and are passionate about people and their professional growth. Drawing from careers in production, post production and design, gives us insight to the needs and pressures our clients face. Combined with an in-depth knowledge of our talent base, we are best equipped to source the ideal creatives for each brief. Each client is assigned to a dedicated Consultant, who solves their talent requirements from beginning to end. From the first booking, we embark on a journey together. And as we learn more about each client's business, we tailor our services and often get more involved; introducing a broader range of creatives for projects, consulting to put together project teams, re-hiring for seasonal shows and campaigns, and supporting freelance and permanent recruitment as our client's needs evolve.
