Great to be back for another year at the 2023 RHS - Royal Horticultural Society for their VIP & Press Preview Day on Monday.

Youth homelessness charity Centrepoint were fortunate to have secured Project Giving Back for a Show Garden to raise awareness of the 129,000 young people who were or were at risk of homelessness in the UK last year.

A first for Chelsea, I secured Vicky Pattison to do a 'Sleep Out' on the garden designed by Cleve West Landscape Design overnight last Sunday. This generated plenty of media coverage including on BBC Breakfast, BBC Radio Newcastle, Daily Mail, The Big Issue, London Evening Standard to name a few.

Keeley Hawes, Matthew Macfadyen, Lisa Maxwell & Neil Jones joined us for the official securing us coverage in titles including Good Housekeeping and OK! Magazine UK.

A day then engaging with the famous faces at the show saw visits from a range of well-known including the very lovely Luke Evans. With the help of the team and our photographer Rebekah Kennington, the Centrepoint Garden was visited by almost 50 names across the day.

It was great to be involved with Helen Lederer's Cwip Prize Awards (Comedy Women In Print) which took place last night, securing well-known attendees, journalists, and BBC London News to cover the event with a live segment from The Groucho Club. I've always been a big fan of Helen's and it's great to see CWIP recognise, celebrate and encourage witty women authors including the 'Honorary Award' winners Jo Brand & Sharon Horgan www.paulcullen.co

Delighted to be working with the much-needed Centrepoint. The charity is asking us all to write to our MP to get them to call on the Government to commit to a proper strategy to tackle youth , something Centrepoint aspire to end by 2037. Great to have the support of Vicky Pattison, Neil Jones, Rhys Connah, and Gurlaine Kaur Garcha on this important campaign. I've emailed my MP and it would be great if you would email yours:https://centrepoint.org.uk/what-we-do/policy-and-research/email-your-mp-databank-recommendations/

A trip to my spiritual home this morning as the wonderful Gail Porter appeared on Good Morning Britain talking candidly about her own experience of homelessness to raise awareness that Centrepoint needs our support to give homeless young people a future. The very lovely Joe Lycett has kindly lent his vocal talents to a fab animation promoting a really super innovative idea to help get the products they really need. BanktheFood is an app which pings you their requirements as you enter the supermarket - as Joe says himself, a brilliant idea! It was great to be able to lend my support to this new charity on such a great initiative. Visit the website to download the app now: https://bit.ly/3OJSfvr

I'm delighted to have been invited by to join their judging panel for this year's . I've been fortunate to judge these awards before and it's always fantastic to see the vast amount of impact that colleagues in the sector achieve, and for this to be suitably recognised. It's never an easy task as there is so much great work being done but always a privilege to be involved! https://www.thirdsectorawards.com/paul-cullen

Reflecting on a few busy but fun months with Asthma + Lung UK, Mental Health Foundation, and the RNLI

With a tendency to compose the occasional post, I thought I would try something more long-form to present some fantastic recent projects I've had the pleasure work on. Having worked with Asthma + Lung UK on their rebrand at the end of February, it was great to work with them on their activity to mar

I was really lucky with my placements when I was younger despite my school not really supporting my ambition to work in television, and so it was a great pleasure to work with Speakers ForSchools on this project which is not your ordinary placement! Huge thanks to James Acaster for providing students in the opportunity to practise, develop and learn the fundamentals of a good stand-up routine, culminating in an actual performance! www.paulcullen.co https://www.northantstelegraph.co.uk/news/people/james-acaster-returns-to-kettering-to-take-aspiring-comedians-on-work-experience-3619740
