Driver of this BMW was stopped for no seatbelt. The drivers relaxed attitude to safety probably had something to do with the fact he'd been smoking Cannabis. He failed a drug test and his Cannabis was seized. Driver arrested and faces a ban if over the limit. NW Motorway Police
