🌟 Exciting Opportunity 🌟

Women and founders of colour are more likely to run purpose-driven companies. Despite being leaders in this movement, they are underrepresented in the B Corp community. Right now, only 27% of B Corps are women-owned (compared to 33% of UK businesses overall), and only 1 in 13 B Corps are owned by a founder of colour. LGBTQ+ and disabled leaders are less visible within the B Corp movement.

As part of their journey to changing this, B Lab is offering the chance to win free B Corp Certification, and expert B Leader support through the application process, to UK businesses led by people of colour, women, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Yesterday started with Nic Cage, and ended with multiple wipe-outs at our team away day at The Wave. In between, we celebrated achievements, ran creative workshops and made big plans for 2024 (all with a massive helping of croissants). Who knew Jo Haywood has an obsession with ginger jam, Sam Maxwell plays the clarinet and that a real-life flux capacitor was pitched up right outside our cabin?

Leukaemia Care's Unicornfest has launched!

Unicornfest, is part of the 650th anniversary celebrations of Bristol, seeks to unite the business and creative sectors, as well as local communities and schools across Bristol and the surrounding area, bringing art, colour and fun to the streets of the city this year.
