For the last couple of years, CPH DEEP has been a central part of Copenhagen’s electronic music scene hosting parties in well-known clubs as well as exploring alternative venues for old-school warehouse parties. After almost a decade in the Copenhagen electronic scene, the time is right for CPH DEEP to create a record label. Starting a label is the next natural step in that direction. With a label

, we can support new talent as well as established artists in a whole new way besides creating parties or hosting our weekly radio show. In terms of genre, the releases on CPH DEEP Recordings will reflect the sound we aim to present at our parties which can best be described as deep electronic music. In general, that would mean Deep House, Tech House, and Melodic Techno. Not to say that there is no room for other genres, but we are comfortable with this sound so it seems like a natural direction to move in.
