The track “Mindwalk” started as a background score for HBO’s series “Halfworlds” back in 2016. It was one of tracks that caught the ear of Universal Music to include on this album.

It started with the arpeggio line that went off scale, but as I expanded it I had this vision of Depeche Mode downtempo songs, and a little bit of Air in the Moon Safari flavor in the chords.

This is one of the tracks that kinda wrote itself, and I was only the vessel. And was approved in the first go from Universal. What kinda movie scene would this fit? I definitely see someone in deep thought. Perhaps surrounded by a city at night?

Oasia Hotel Downtown by WOHA Architects

This plant growth plays at around 30 Million x real-time. How fast is that? At this pace you’d see an 80 year life pass by in 1 minute and 22 seconds... or celebrate the year 3000, 16 minutes from now. The shadow pulsing gives some more perspective. Each shadow wave represents a year (6 months of northern light + 6 months of southern light), as the Earth’s tilt flips the sun direction twice a year in Singapore near the equator.
