From sleeping under the aurora to waking up next to waterfalls, this journey has been nothing short of magic.

Every turn revealed something new, a glacial lagoon that left me speechless, waterfalls that roared with energy, and skies that lit up in ways I’ll never forget. This wasn’t just a road trip, it was an experience that reminded me why I do what I do.

Caught an incredible show of the aurora over the famous, Skógafoss.

On this evening I wasn’t even expecting the lights to be a possibility. I had put my camera away just a couple hours before as clouds rolled in and snow started to fall. It was about 11pm when I stepped out of my camper van for a minute and realized the skies were clear again. For the next 4 hours I was in awe, and couldn’t believe I had caught the northern lights in one of Iceland’s most famous places!
