I’m all recovered from surgery on both hands and I’m ready to get back to work! Unfortunately taking the time to recover has put my studio at risk of closing its doors.

The Studio is all setup with tons of synths, guitars, pedals, microphones and amps.

Been a minute and figured it was time to show how the new studio is coming along. Big thanks to for the killer design and build. Still need to build a custom desk for the room and add a few more toys but it’s feeling pretty great.

Today this album turned 10. Crazy to think it’s been out for 10 years already.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to co-produce this album. I was very green and I learned so much from making this record, and in turn it opened so many doors.

Dev, Dyl and Conmo thanks for bringing me into your world and for having me be a part of this amazing record.

This last year has been a crazy one to say the least. Don’t think the lights would still be on if it weren’t for and their dedication to funding the arts. Thanks for your help and for all you do for the recording industry in BC

These are my hands.

They’ve written songs, they’ve made records, they’ve played guitar for quite a while.

They’ve tossed my girls in the air, they’ve built them forts and they’ve held my partner in life.

They’ve gone numb, they’ve burned in pain and they’ve been deteriorating for the better let of 20 years.

This morning, like many others, I woke up screaming and crying feeling the most intense pin of my life. These hands didn’t feel like mine.

It’s hard to talk about this and share because I rely on my hands for work and I worry what my clients will think and if it will jeopardize future work. For the time being I’ve had to delay my projects and figure out the next steps, today I received my first steroid injections and hopefully the pain and numbness will subside in the next 3-5 days. After that it’s on to planning surgery with hopes of being able to make music for years to come.

I’m scared, stressed and struggling to see a long future in music.

I’ll try to keep you all updated as I figure this thing out, I appreciate all the love and support. And a big thanks to all my clients for understanding you’re the best!
