Today, we go into orbit 💫 We are excited to announce the launch of our new program, ARC! ARC an artist intensive accelerator program that will highlight, nurture, and give voice to the diverse range of talent that exists in British Columbia. ✨

This multi-stage program will advance the business, creative, and technical skills of recording artists to help them build sustainable careers in the music industry—both at home and away.

Hey Friends!

Our largest and most popular east Vancouver rehearsal facility has great affordable options for groups and solo musicians looking for rehearsal studio availability with a bus stop located at the building's entrance!

One private studio is currently available as well as a shared studio option.

This facility is frequently cleaned and sanitized up to covid standards.

The private studio is a unique room fully upgraded with a floating floor, yorkville 8 channel PA, customized sound panels and beautiful custom victorian style decor. 150sqft, 24/7 access, alarmed and private, comes with yamaha drums (minus breakables), pro bass rig, two guitar cabs for $875 per month plus deposit or $437.50 each for two bands sharing the studio. We can also remove the gear, leaving just the sound panels for $750 per month or $375 each for two bands sharing.

The second option is a 150sqft shared studio that is geared towards solo musicians. The studio comes with wall mounted sound panels, PA system, Yamaha drums, 4x12 guitar speaker cab and an ampeg bass combo amp. Rent without storage for 24hrs per month of access is $185 and $200 per month, with storage.

Both studios are individually alarmed with heat and air conditioning in a very secure facility with a vibrant musical community of all genres!
