Next time you are in Richmond, be sure to go and see chef Robert Duan hand-pulling the noodles right in front of you when you try their “Biang Biang” noodles. The #16 comes with a generous amount of pork shoulder, along with bean sprouts, cabbage, bok choy, and chili oil, covered almost all the noodles. Mix well and enjoy!
The Biang Biang Noodle dish has succulent and slightly fatty pork, crisp bean sprouts and bok choy, tangy pickled cabbage, and chewy, scraggly noodles.
