A car plowed into a bustling Christmas market in Magdeburg, Germany, killing two people, including a toddler, and injuring over 60 others in what authorities are calling a deliberate act, potentially linked to terrorism.

The suspect, a 50-year-old Saudi doctor living in Germany since 2006, was arrested at the scene. Eyewitness footage shows police detaining the man as shocked holiday shoppers looked on.
