Why is it important to replace your Mascara every 3 months?

Have you ever noticed when your Mascara starts to dry out, it begins clumping or flaking & doesn't give you the same effect it used to when you first bought it? Not a cute look 😅🙅🏼‍♀️

Also, not replacing your Mascara every 3 months can cause bacteria to grow in the lash tube & give you eye infections! No one wants that, am I right? 👀

If you're one of those people who use the same Mascara for months or years & need a new one, I'm your girl & you should msg me ASAP!! 🤗

Wearing foundation like paint, like why is this a trend?! 😅🚫

1. It looks cakey

2. Wearing a little bit of foundation does the same thing as wearing a lot

3. Wearing too much foundation will settle into fine lines, wrinkles & clogs the pores

4. It's a waste of money, think of how much product is being wasted everytime you put on foundation! More product means more times replacing the bottle

5. Foundation doesn't 'melt' into the skin, it sits ON the skin & acts as a mask

6. It will move throughout the day no matter how much/what kind/how good your setting powder or spray is & will always look gross by the end of the day

Friendly reminder: A little goes a LONG WAY fraaans! I only use a quarter size amount for my whole face.. & my foundation looks flawless all day! 🤗

🎀 Cute & Easy Half Up Hairstyle:

#1: Section half of your hair leaving your bangs down
#2: Put half up section in a high ponytail or scrunchie
#3 Pull hair to fluff then tighten ponytail
#4: Section bangs into 4 sections
#5: Twist each section then bobby pin to secure
#6: Use butterfly clips to finish it off!

Taking care of your skin is SOO important! 💁🏼‍♀️

Why?...

Your skin is one of the first things someone looks at when they first meet you! Don't get me wrong, we don't wear makeup or do our Skincare routine for other people, but I feel like first impressions are an important part of life!

Think about this for a second..

When you go for an interview for your dream job (let's say a Hairstylist since I'm training to be one), do you think they would hire someone who has a clear complexion & appears to care about their appearance.. or who has acne all over their face with dark circles under their eyes? 🥴

I'd say the person who cares!

Another reason; when you put makeup on an uneven, bumpy, dry/oily complexion, your makeup isn't going to look very good cuz makeup is meant to sit on the skin.. not melt into it! No matter what you do to try to make it look nice, it's just going to look like makeup over uneven, bumpy, dirty skin! 🙅🏼‍♀️

Soo PLEASE do me a favour & make time to do your Skincare routine everyday, & if you don't have one.. msg me & I can recommend one that's right for you & your skin type! 🙃

It's the only face you'll ever have, after all 💆‍♀️
