If you are curious about painting in , take a class with (thank you for a fun Saturday) or and be amazed at what you can accomplish. We are lucky in Kingston to have many wonderfully generous artists to learn from!

Wilomena loves her cookies 🍪

So wonderful humans, find ways to spend time with cookies. Some are smarties, some can be crunchy, some are melty, most are sweet. Some are healthy, some are layered, and some leave you wanting more. But at the end of the day, you really can’t have enough of the good ones and Wilomena is so very lucky to have a dozens ♥️

Here’s to two of the greatest things in life - friendship and cookies! ♥️. Seek both of them out this weekend.

Wilomena is living within her own span of control and she highly recommends it. So wonderful humans, if you find yerself living in a cloud of grumpy, maybe you are living in the outer circle a bit too much. Pull back! Spend a bit of time in the cozy internal bubble where you are always in the driver’s seat. Give yerself the possible by not trying to control the impossible.
