"We joke about how our parents rush for the airport 6 hours early, but given the present traffic jam situation, we too would anticipate gridlocked roads moments before having to catch a flight- and thus, leave the house several unnecessary hours early. The Interlude is an online magazine encouraging youth to express themselves freely from all over the world. ✨

Several opportunities will emerge from this collaboration:

Students who join MU Literary Club of English will have the opportunity to be direct contributers for The Interlude. However, one must make multiple contributions and have their work published in the magazine in order to qualify as a "Contributing Writer."

There are no boundaries when it comes to pouring our thoughts into words. This platform is exactly what we need in order to write freely without being shackled.

Often, various magazines and websites do not entertain beginners. However, The Interlude editors look into every submitted article and then provide detailed feedback which will inspire several aspiring writers among us to come forward and enhance our writing skills which will come handy for academic purposes as well. ✨

As students, it is crucial to grow our network and communication scope. With brilliant minds from around the world, our collaboration is just the beginning of a fruitful networking process.

The editors of The Interlude and the members of the club will engage in monthly pitch meetings and exchange ideas which is vital for the collaboration to be impactful. ✨

"As a solution to plastic waste generation and its dire impact on the environment, the government of Bangladesh is opting to recycle waste plastics in the construction of roads. Already a practice in many other countries, this initiative by the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) of Bangladesh is to be set in motion in (hopefully the beginning of) 2023." writes Nubah.

"It is a delightful sight for a Bengali bookworm to see young indie Bengali writers shining their way through with their mesmerising stories to be told. These Little Voices by Rifah Tashfia is a collection of a few of those mesmerising stories filled with charming characters and beautiful writing." — Prodipta writes.

"Autumn to me is comfy clothes, warm beverages, my mom’s cauliflower-bean-potato stew, the chilly smell in the air, and that occasional outburst of the BIG SAD. With Autumn at its peak and help from the Distorting Decibels community and Rushmian Wadud (Vocalist – Petty Never Grew), I have jotted down songs with which I associate the season. And some songs are closer to my heart than others, and I would like to talk about them in no particular order." Bisha writes.
