BRAND Positioning না বুঝলে নিজের Personal Positioning কিভাবে করবেন?

কিছুদিন আগে আমি Domino's Pizza তে গিয়েছিলাম পিজা খেতে। ওখানে গিয়ে একটা জিনিস আমার মাথায় গেথে গেছে, Domino's এ আপনি অর্ডার করার ঠিক দশ মিনিট এর মাথায় আপনার পিজা রেডি পাবেন। আমি তিনটা পিজা অর্ডার করেছিলাম দুই বার এ। দুই বারই আমি ৯ মিনিট এর মাথায় আমার পিজা রেডি পেয়েছি। মজার ব্যাপার হলো তারা একটা মনিটর এ আপনার নাম এবং কাউন্টডাউন শো করে। আপনি মনিটরে তাকালেই দেখতে পাবেন আপনার নামের পাশে ১০ মিনিট থেকে উল্টো করে ১০, ৯, ৮, ৭....... হয়ে হয়ে ১ মিনিট হাতে থাকতেই আপনার পিজা রেডি শো করবে। আরো মজার ব্যাপার সেকন্ড লাস্ট মিনিটে শো করে Quality Checking। তার মানে ৮ মিনিটে পিজা রেডি এবং নবম মিনিটে কোয়ালিটি চেক হয় এবং দশম মিনিটে পিজা আপনার টেবলে।

আমি তাদের একজন কাস্টমার হিসেবে আমার মাথায় Dominos Pizzar পজিশনিং হলো তারা খুব দ্রুত এবং কোয়ালিটি মেন্টেন করে খাবার সরবরাহ করে। সো যতবার ই আমি Dominos এ যাব এই সার্ভিস পেয়েই আসব এরকম একটা assumption আমার মধ্যে তৈরি হয়ে গেছে।

এটাই হলো Domino's এর Positioning আমার কাছে।

Positioning আর কিছুই নয়, Positioning হলো আপনি আপনার কাস্টমার কে আপনার প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রতি কি ধারনা দিতে চান তাই।

Diamond World নাম শুনলেই তো মাথায় আসে বাপরে সে তো অনেক দাম। এটাই Diamond World এর পজিশনিং তার কাস্টমার দের প্রতি। তার মানে হলো Daiamond World এর Segmentation হলো ধনী এবং ক্লাসিকাল মানুষজন।

একটা প্রোডাক্ট এর পজিশনিং করতে হলে আপনাকে তিনটা জিনিস মাথায় রাখতে হবেঃ

1) Who are my Customer?
2) What benefits does my product offer to customer?
3) who are my competitors?

এই তিনটা প্রশ্নের উত্তর যদি আপনি বের করতে পারেন তবে আপনি আপনার প্রোডাক্ট এর Positioning ও করতে পারবেন।

আমি একটি বিখ্যাত Shoe কোম্পানির উদাহরণ দিয়ে বুঝাচ্ছি। চলুন Nike কিভাবে মার্কেটে নিজের Positioning করেছে দেখি -

For serious athletes, Nike gives confidence that provides the perfect shoe for every sport.

উপরের তিনটা প্রশ্নের উত্তর ই Nike এর Brand Positioning এর মধ্যে রয়েছে।

ধরুন আপনি আপনার Brand এর Positioning করবেন তবে একটা Formula শিখুনঃ

To [Customer Group], [Your Brand] is [How differenciate your product than competitors] by [How you make it possible]

Guess what is Digital Computer?

Digital computers are programmable machines that use electronic technology to generate, store and process data. Two terms, positive "1" and nonpositive "O," compose the data into a string.

All the content that is written in English will be converted to binary language and thus computers and humans communicate with each other.

Some of the basic examples of digital devices are Personal computers, Desktops, Laptops, Smartphones and Mobiles.

Components of Digital Computer:

A digital computer has the following basic components

Input device
CPU
Output device

CPU
The full name of the CPU is the Central Processing Unit. The CPU is also called the brain of the computer. The CPU controls the entire computer system.

The CPU performs basic arithmetic logic Unit and control unit.

Input Device:
An input device is a part of computer system, with the help of an input device, any data and instruction are input into the computer it is called an input device.

Keyboard, Mouse, Scanner, Joysticks, Microphone, OMR these all are input devices.

Output Device:
The output device is a peripheral device. The result that comes after input, the device used to display the result is called the output device.

Printer, Monitor, Speaker, Headphones, Projector these all examples of output device.

Types of Digital Computer:
Based on the size and type of the device, these digital computers are classified into four categories.

Microcomputer
Minicomputer
Mainframe computer
Supercomputer

Microcomputer:
"A microcomputer is a small, relatively inexpensive computer with a microprocessor as its central processing unit (CPU)." Microcomputers are also called personal computers. It includes workstations, laptop, desktop and notebooks.

Minicomputer:
Minicomputers emerged in the mid 1960s and were first developed by IBM Corporation. It is also called a mid-range computer. Examples are VAX, RANCE.

Mainframe Computer:
Mainframes are a type of computer that are generally known for their large size, amount of storage, processing power and high level of reliability. They are primarily used by large organizations for mission critical applications requiring high volumes of data processing. Mainframes first appeared in the early 1940s.

Supercomputer:
Supercomputers are very expensive and the world’s fastest computers available. These computers have thousands of processors that perform trillions of calculations per second and hence the fastest known ever. Supercomputers are used extensively in enterprises and organizations that require massive calculations.

Features of Digital computer:

Very Flexible: These computers can perform multitasking without any human interference and hence they are very flexible and versatile.

Good Speed: Digital computers are high in speed and carry out all the operations with very fast speed.

Automatic: These devices once started are automatic. They do not need any intervention until required by the task specifically.

Good Memory: Digital computers can store a large number of data and can retrieve data in a fraction of second. The data can be stored for any duration and retrieved anytime.

Accurate: These devices help in storing all the information which helps in retrieving accurate data at any point in a given time.

Where Digital computers are mainly used?

As digital computers are mainly used to store data it is almost used everywhere to store photos, music, documents and files.

Students use it for mathematical calculations, computations. It is used by spacecraft, health domains, schools, colleges, large or small organizations, factories.

Digital computers are used worldwide and it has been a very powerful device.

এফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং হলো প্যাসিভ ইনকামের স্বর্গ। কারণ আপনি যদি ঠিকমত একটি ওয়েবসাইট তৈরি করে র‍্যাংক করাতে পারেন তাহলে আপনাকে আর পিছনে ফিরে থাকাতে হবে না, আর সবচেয়ে বড় কথা এফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং করলে রাত জেগে ক্লাইন্টের প্যারা অথবা ক্লাইন্ট খুজতে হয় না। যেমন ধরুন আপনার একটি ওয়েবসাইট গুগলে র‍্যাংক করা আছে, এবং আপনার ওয়েবসাইটে নিয়মিত ভিজিটর আসে তাহলে কিন্তু আপনি এই সাইটের ইনকাম " কাজ না করে " ও পেতে পারেন। আর এটাই হলো আপনার প্যাসিভ ইনকাম!

প্রথমদিকে হয়তো একটু বেশী কষ্ট হবে, তবে যখনি র‍্যাংক করে ফেলবেন তখন আর পিছনে থাকানো লাগবে না।

Well, the waiting is over, and I'm gonna tell you about the smallest bird in the world. Yes,u are right. This is hummingbird.

Interesting that Hummingbirds can't walk or hop, only perch and move sideways. They are native to the Americas and constitute the biological family Trochilidae. Of them, the smallest extant hummingbird species is the 5 cm (2 inches) which weighs less than two gram. And the most fantastic factor is that they are called hummingbirds because of the humming sound created by their beating wings, which flap at high frequencies audible to humans. The evolutionary hummingbird tree shows ancestral hummingbirds splitting from insectivorous swifts (family Apodidae) and treeswifts (family Hemiprocnidae) about 42 million years ago, probably in Eurasia. One key evolutionary factor appears to have been an altered taste receptor that enabled hummingbirds to seek nectar. They have the highest mass-specific metabolic rate of any homeothermic animal.

What's the meaning of homeothermy? Well, homeothermy is thermoregulation that maintains a stable internal body temperature regardless of external influence.

Hummingbirds fall into nine clades defining their relationship to nectar-bearing flowering plants and the birds' continued spread into new geographic areas.

While all hummingbirds depend on flower nectar to fuel their high metabolism and hovering flight, coordinated changes in flower and bill shape stimulated the formation of new species of hummingbirds and plants due to this exceptional evolutionary pattern, as many as 140 hummingbird species can coexist in a specific region, such as the Andes range and these mountains appear to be an incredibly rich environment for hummingbird evolution.

Even though they are the smallest birds in the world, their migration can span hundreds or thousands of miles.
Most of the hummingbirds of North America do migrate seasonally between northern breeding grounds and southern wintering grounds.
Another interesting fact is that they migrate during the day, staying low in the air to watch closely for feeding opportunities, and rest at night. They had got an important position in myths and literature. Aztecs wore hummingbird talismans as a symbol of their vigour,energy and working all together.Hummingbird talismans were prized as drawing sexual potency, strength, power, and skill at arms and warfare to the wearer.

In Trinidad and Tobago, hummingbirds are given a place on their nation's coat of arms,1 cent coin and emblem of its national airline Caribbean Airlines.

Analog computer also known as analogue computer. Analog Computer is a computing device that works on continuous range of values. The results given by the analog computers will only be approximate since they deal with quantities that vary continuously. It generally deals with physical variables such as voltage, pressure, temperature, speed, etc. Analog computer is the is the ancestors of the digital computer.

The hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, etc. properties of the computer changes in quantity to solve the calculations and problems. The analog computer operates based on continuous values instead of discrete values.
