Recognizing our blind spots is crucial, and personal responsibility should not be seen as a burden but rather as a position in time and space. This vantage point allows us to perceive the underlying algorithm that perpetuates patterns of victimhood.

It's important to acknowledge that others also play a role in our experiences. Attempting to shoulder the entire responsibility in a situation can lead to self-gaslighting and undermine our self-support. It's essential to realize that others share accountability, and we need not carry the entire burden. Taking responsibility for our part enables us to identify and understand the algorithms shaping our behaviour, providing an opportunity to dismantle them and create new, healthier patterns.
