Let's ganache a couple of cakes. Really quickly!

: TOP TIP : As a last minute girl, I tend to need to dry my decorations out a lot faster than they would normally take, so, I bake my cake toppers in the oven! All you need to do is knead some tylose or cmc into your fondant before you make your chosen topper, then place on a baking tray lined with baking paper (don't forget this step!) bake for 20 minutes at 70 degrees Celsius and then leave to cool completely. Rock hard toppers! As an added bonus, I found out yesterday that if you paint them with Sweet Sticks #edibleartpaint BEFORE baking, the paint will be dry and rub free when you take it out! Winning!!
