As a reminder:

During the challenge period (23rd Dec -6th Jan), swim 100 x 100m. This can be done in 1 day, 5 days or 10 x 100m each day.

1️⃣ Cap up and complete the total distance of 10km.
2️⃣ Track your swim/s on Strava or any similar app 🌟
3️⃣ Send us a pic of you completing it in your LAB swimmers 💪
