Dustin caught up with Ferris Gump this morning, on run around Bangalow. Ferris is about to run across Oz, is the first Aussie to do so, and does it all with no sponsors, raising money for charity. He's been running since he was 4yo, Coz the family post box was 1km from home... Run Ferris Run.

We just read a really disturbing blurb on Climate Change and Machu Picchu at @natgeo that talks about how drastic jumps been drought and storms have been experienced in the region since before the turn of the century. When we were there three weeks ago the river that runs parallel with the train tracks and streams right through Machu Picchu town was surging. Full of energy, brown from heavy rains (it's usually crystal clear) and with levels so high the hotel owners were very stressed at what was to come this rainy season.
