It's National NAIDOC Week, a time to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Australia’s First Peoples. This year the theme is ‘Keep the Fire Burning! Blak, Loud and Proud’. The theme celebrates the unyielding spirit of First Peoples and invites all Australians to stand in solidarity, amplifying the voices that have long been silenced.
The Koori Curriculum has put together a fabulous list of First Nations Books to use as resources in NAIDOC Week and throughout the year. Chuffed to see 'Listen' was included.
