Black holes gravity in theory pulls light in not allowing it to escape. Thus gravity effects the speed of photons.

So the speed of light(photons) can NOT be constant. It is only constant from our point of reference in the universe and by our way of measuring it, which by the way is not a conclusive measurement.

This means from our point of reference and our way of measuring speeds and distances throughout the universe is also inconclusive or inaccurate at the least. With all the black holes and gravitational forces, dark matter, dark energy etc, all the the light we receive on earth and including James Webb, Hubble, would be distorted immensely, especially when you peer further away.

Is it possible while we think other exo planets are light years away they may be much closer than we think? Discuss

Moving to a new studio pad today 4 x more space than my current pad.
