When life favours some people, they begin to think others are stüpid. They think others are not well trained.

One fact about life is that we learn everyday. Life has a way of humbling everyone.

I have seen a mother who used to criticize other people's children, recently her child got pregnant out of wedlock, since then she has been quiet, worse enough her good son has turned out to be a j***y...

You can brag about good values till the opposite happens to you.

It's about grace and mercies of the Creator of the universe helping you and your family, not about bragging.

If you brag, when life hits you, you can become everything you once criticized.

Being a single mother is not a crime, most of them were victims of circumstance.

In this year that promises a lot of marriage bells for the unmarried, it is important to know how to be positioned, found and loved.

Understand that until you are seen, found and loved, marriage won't happen.

Here are some tips therefore on how to position yourself:

*1.* Make yourself seeable and foundable. Some ladies and guys are too hidden to be seen or found.

Note that the person that would marry may not be from your church, compound or immediate environment.

So, hangout once a while by yourself, travel for weddings, good birthday celebrations, market, visit your siblings schools etc.

*2.* Appears your age. No one wants to marry his or her mother nor father. Look decent and your age.

*3.* Be good at what you do. Whether in church, work, business etc, be committed, dedicated and good at what you do. It is key to attracting a relationship.

*4.* Love and appreciate yourself. If you don't love you, who would?

*5.* Maintain a healthy self esteem. It attracts like magic.

*6.* Be happy and wear a smiling face always.

*7.* Be humble and respectful.

*8.* Be trust worthy; people are looking for people they would trust with their lives.

*9.* Develop yourself; people are looking for people who can How

*10.* Be honest in your dealings. Dishonestly has killed a lot of relationships and intentions.

And that is why I love LinkedIn, before you start a conversation with anyone, you'll definitely ask chatgpt to help you curate a good opening speech since the thinking part of your brain appears to be frozen.

Because how can you be calling me your 'Queen' when you don't know me? And that's after multiple Hi's and Hello's. You couldn't even offer the normal, 'Good morning, afternoon or evening' and let's pick up from there.

It's so perplexing.

In 2024, I pray that you develop enough wisdom to beef up your social skills, to act like a human with brains, to be civil in your dealings with people and to know that you've been your own village people all along.

You won't go far in life if you don't know how to start a conversation with people. The earlier you work on this part of your life, the easier it becomes.

When you live your life without anyone betraying, hurting, disappointing, disgracing or offending you, then it means you never did anything worthy.

The beauty of life, is that it comes with disappointments and betrayals, from people you least expect.

Unfortunately, some of us spend so much time crying over these betrayals and disappointments, and end up becoming victims of all circumstances.

Remember One Thing: Holding unto anger is like knocking your head on the wall and expecting the other person to feel the pain. You are only hurting yourself.

The fact is that the world is full of annoying, naughty, stupid and ungrateful people, and you will always come across them at one point or another in life. But the best thing to do, is to deal with them with wisdom and maturity.

You can’t get everyone to love you, think like you or behave like you... never.

We must learn to tolerate and overlook certain things, we must try to bury the faults of others and move on with life.

Anger, Hatred and Intolerance have caused most of the world's problems and solved none.

Life is short, you don't know how much time you have left.

I beseech you to take the pain and forgive that special person you hold grudges against, and iron out your grievances.

Muster the courage and apologise to that person you have offended.

Life is not measured by the amount of money, houses or companies you have, but by the positive impact you have made in the lives of others.
