“Comparison is a very foolish attitude, because each person is unique and incomparable. Once this understanding settles in you, jealousy disappears.”

31/12/2023

Everybody isn't your friend. Just because they hang around you and laugh with you doesn't mean they're for you. Just because they say they got your back, doesn't mean they won't stab you in it. People pretend well. Jealousy sometimes doesn't live far. So know your circle. At the end of the day real situations expose fake people so pay attention.

HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF
(1) Stop looking for who is not looking for you.
(2) Stop begging.
(3) Stop saying more than is necessary.
(4) When people disrespect you, confront them immediately.
(5) Don't eat other people's food more than they eat yours.
(6) Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.
(7) Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.
(8) Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
(9) Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.
(10) Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.
(11) Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals.
(12) Respect your time.
(13) Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.
(14) Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
(15) Be scarce sometimes.
(16) Be a giver more than a receiver.
(17) Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.
(18) Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
(19) Except they owe you money, two call attempts are enough. If they value you they will call you back.
(20) Be good at what you do. Be the best.

“There will always be someone willing to hurt you, put you down, gossip about you, belittle your accomplishments and judge your soul. It is a fact that we all must face. However, if you realize that God is a best friend that stands beside you when others cast stones you will never be afraid, never feel worthless and never feel alone.”

"Even in a place like this, one can still come across individuals who show pride, believing they possess all knowledge and a superior life compared to their neighbors."

Palya Tulewaya-waya.
I find it surprising when people claim credit for tasks they did not complete, things they do not know much about, things they do not understand, things they have no experience with, things like carrying a child in the womb, being attractive or beautiful and calling others "ugly," or things like saying that because I am educated, I have accomplished great things in life that others have failed to accomplish, forgetting that we are only able to do so through the grace of God. or like making fun of a sick person and giving God praise for keeping you alive while others have passed away.

How to survive and thrive in this wild economy.

- Take care of your health. Exercise, eat well, sleep enough and manage your stress levels. Your health is your most valuable asset and it will help you cope with whatever comes your way.

- Stay out of debt. Live beneath your means and avoid unnecessary expenses. Debt can be a huge burden and a source of anxiety, especially when interest rates are high and incomes are low. If you have credit card debt, try to pay it off as soon as possible or look for a low-interest loan to consolidate it.

- Keep learning. Learn new skills, expand your knowledge and stay curious. Learning can open up new opportunities, boost your confidence and keep your mind sharp. You can find many free or affordable online courses, books, podcasts and videos on any topic you're interested in.

- Realize that government will not take care of you. Don't rely on politicians or bureaucrats to solve your problems or protect your interests. They will often lie to you or let you down. Instead, take responsibility for your own life and make informed decisions based on facts and evidence.

- Save. Buy a little gold and silver. Saving can help you prepare for emergencies, invest in your future and achieve your goals. Gold and silver are tangible assets that can preserve your wealth and hedge against inflation.

- Stay far away from bubbles. Don't get caught up in the hype or fear of missing out on the latest trends or fads. Bubbles can burst at any time and leave you with nothing but losses and regrets. Instead, focus on building long-term value and quality in whatever you do.

- Relationships are worth far more than “stuff”. Spend time with the people you love and care about. They will support you, comfort you and make you happy. Stuff can be lost, stolen or broken, but relationships can last a lifetime.

- Enjoy life. Don't let the negativity or uncertainty of the world get you down. Find joy in the simple things, like a cup of tea and a crumpet, a walk in nature, a good book or a funny movie. Laugh often, be grateful and have fun.

I hope these tips help you as much as they helped me. Let me know what you think in the comments below. And remember, we're all in this together. Stay safe and stay strong!
