Africanofilter is calling African filmmakers to apply for The Last Mile Film Fund which supports films in the final stages of post-production.

The funding includes editing, visual effects, sound mixing, dubbing, marketing, and distribution.
Filmmakers can be based in Africa or in the Diaspora.

A copy of the feature film Suwi , is stored in the LIBRARY OF CONGRESS in the United States of America , the film Suwi has a positive contribution to Zambia's budding film industry , a motivation to artists and women . so far it has positively provoked various people including some women with Disabilities who have since left the street begging and embarked on reclaiming their dignity .in 2012 Suwi was shortlisted for the 2013 WOMEN DELIVER CINEMA CORNER, this is a great achievement in the film industry and Vilole Images Production continues to sensitize ,educate and inculcating good norms and morals through the films, kindly like the page and share for more updates

The Shungu Namutitima (Smoke That Thunders)
International Film Festival of Zambia (SHUNAFFoZ) was formally known as the International film festival of zambia (iffoz) ,it all started in 2005 when vilole images productions saw it fit to initiate a local film festival whose main purpose would be to enhance and impact skills with a long term of setting up a film and television school.
The first ever film festival in Zambia took place at Alliance Franchise on 28 October to November 11th 2006 some of the special appearances were, Minister of information and broadcasting services Hon. Venon .j .mwanga ,German ambassador Dr ireen Hinrichsen, Franchise acting director Ms Febiene scotto, chairman of iffoz board Mr lm mulanga , SACOD director Mr Naidoo alot to mention.....we still appreciate the efforts of merci beaucoup and danke Schon for making the event a success.
Therefore, we would love to urge our followers within Zambia and all over the world to tell a friend to tell a friend that This year’s edition of the Shungu Namutitima (Smoke That Thunders)
International Film Festival of Zambia (SHUNAFFoZ), which runs every year in
