Friday, Oct. 25th! Join us for a spooky party on Main Street Vero Beach! Riptide Band is back on the stage, and we will have a special booth for United Way of Indian River County, as well as a 50/50 raffle with the proceeds going to United Way for local victims of Hurricane Milton.

Thank you St. Lucie County 🙏💙

St. Lucie County Parks crews worked late into the evening to reopen Blind Creek Beach and Walton Rocks Beach starting Saturday, Oct. 19.

However, White City Park remains closed due to high water levels from the King Tides and heavy rains from Hurricane Milton.

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as many county crews have been diverted from their normal duties to assist with relief and recovery efforts from Hurricane Milton.

A day we will all remember…..

10/16 | We have added several tornadoes to our preliminary track map for Oct. 9th. Four tornadoes were surveyed and rated, and three others were added based on radar analysis. We are still assessing damage in other areas, and more info will be forthcoming.

This weekends Making Strides Walk at Riverside Park, Vero Beach, has been cancelled. The walks in Stuart and Brevard County are still on. Riverside Park is currently being used for disaster recovery.....

Plan ahead for the work week…..and maybe longer…::

ROAD CLOSURES:
Effective immediately, Kings Highway is closed from Immokalee Road/St. Lucie Boulevard to Angle Road. Angle Road is closed at Kings Highway in both directions. Motorists are advised to avoid Kings Highway and Angle Road beginning Oct. 13 while utility crews work to restore power outages caused by Hurricane Milton. Please seek alternate routes.
