One of the largest candidate forums will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 22 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Tampa Garden Club, 2629 Bayshore Blvd. All candidates from Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are invited. District 5, the predominantly Black district, was left out.

Very sorry to announce the passing of one of our family. Sharon Johnson, the wife of our late-photographer Al Allen, passed away Wednesday. Our condolences to all who knew and loved her. She will be missed.
