Devtank Image & Media is Photographer, and multimedia creator Joe Owens. Stills Photography, Cinema I have been a visual story-teller for 20 years.

Specifically Photography & Location audio and later, Video. I’ve worked in television production and movies in roles such as focus-puller, camera operator, DP, cinematography also. I enjoy design and making things, amateur engineering and Current Affairs. I don’t feel right unless I’m doing something to make the world a better place.
