Hey Friends!

I’ve had an uptick in followers so wanted to say hello and welcome you!

I love Jesus, people, Christmas, other podcasts, supporting small businesses and musicals! Podcasting is something I’ve dreamed about doing for many years now and I’ll continue to do it until its not fun. ☺️

New episode just dropped! It’s a doozy and one where my friend shared her testimony and story of becoming free from shame decades after having an abortion. Soli Deo Gloria!

Something that those who’d tell you to “shout your abortion” would rather you not hear about.

Women, if you find yourself in a desperate pregnancy situation please reach out to or before making any decision.

There are people who want to care for you and that can help you. Don’t do this alone.

Currently reading through Rosario Champagne-Butterfield’s “The Gospel Comes with a Housekey” and it is rocking my world.

If you’ve read it, you understand and if you haven’t I highly recommend it. It’s truly challenging me to look at my budget, resources, and time for how I can live under my means and live and give generously.

And with a sincere heart of free giving. Not a “I’ll have you over for dinner and you have me over for dinner.” Free. Asking nothing in return. Expecting nothing laid back. Seeking no debt be repaid. Perhaps, dare I say, even repeatedly to those who don’t deserve it?

In this similar way we are given salvation by God, with grace extended that is out of kindness and undeserving of such a mercy. It is God’s kindness leads us to repent. It cannot be earned, but it was bought by Christs atonement.

This is the gospel.

And it can be seen throughout the whole Bible. Everything points to Jesus!

You guys!! Hi and welcome! 🙋🏼‍♀️

I thought I’d make a “welcome” post of sorts and share a bit about myself as some of you are new around here. ☺️

I’m Tayler, I’m a Christian and I’m a simple gal from the PNW. I love all your typical christian worldview things; Jesus, family, friends, coffee, biblical values, musicals, and scandalously believe life begins at conception and that there are only 2 genders. 🤭

I have incredible people in my life from my parents to my pastors(whom you hear from each season), to my friends and acquaintances that I’ve met through this platform. I’ve really connected with many people who I never thought I’d have the pleasure of knowing through and thank God everyday for the relationships he’s provided me with.

That brings us here to this podcast. I love talking to people, understanding what they love and helping to platform organizations and people trying to make the world a more wholesome place until Jesus comes back.

I hope you enjoy listening, feel equally challenged and encouraged as we seek to share the gospel in this world. Sola Deo Gloria!!

Have you heard the good news?!

✝️Christ is risen!!✝️

Death has been defeated and Jesus has conquered the grave!

May God’s mercy and kindness lead you to repentance of your sin and the forgiveness of said sin as Jesus took that on himself in the cross.

Let us continue to rejoice in this selfless act that we could never rightly have substituted, and acknowledge it is an act of sacrifice that we do not deserve.

I get that’s a lot for a Monday, but it’s too good not to share!

Isaiah 53
Who has believed what he has heard from us?
And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?

If you haven’t started listening to what are you even doing?

This episode was brilliant. I’m constantly challenged to grow by these two women. We’re recording an episode using two of their episodes on gossip for study and discussion points and I am so excited for you to hear the discussion! Thank you Summer & Joy!

I know this looks like fall(it was), and that it’s technically spring(it is!), but believe it or not, here in the PNW it’s been raining for 2 days 😬

You know what they say:April showers bring May flowers!

What is your favorite thing about Spring? I love that days start getting longer!

You guys, I cannot recommend this show enough! It was a book written about the effects of the introduction of OxyContin in the 90’s as a drug with “less than 1% rate of addiction”🤨 We know better now.

Addiction and the opioid crisis are very real and effect not just families, but whole communities, this show does a great job of bringing you through the story of just that.

Michael Keaton recently won the SAG award for his performance in this(which is 🙌🏻🙌🏻) and during his speech mentioned his nephew died from drugs, so this role was for his sister who lost her son.

My family has been effected by opioids and narcotics in a multitude of ways, including burying family members. I’m sure I’m not alone.

My friend Amanda came on the show to share her battle with addiction in episodes 4 and 5. Highly recommend listening to her story. Addiction is not always obvious, but the pain can be unbearable. I recommended this to Amanda but she had to stop watching because it was triggering. I’d say that’s a sign it’s realistic and well told.

I love how this clip describes that without new heart, or a regeneration of the heart as referenced in Ephesians 2, we are DEAD in our trespasses and as Romans 6 says will be slaves to sin.
