I can’t believe this 📸 shoot was over 2 years ago! Still to this day my favorite dish is the Machaca Burritos (Carina’s grandmothers’ recipe), and their delicious chicken bowls! Honestly everything is so tasty! 😋

💛 Fun fact about the owner of this amazing place we go way back to our teenage years! And now here we are both woman owned business owners and I couldn’t be more proud of her! If you’re in PB stop by you won’t regret it!

If you take a look at Redbull Instagram Do you see any product images? No, now take a look at Coca-Cola hardly any, and McDonals? All the same.

The reason why these big brands don’t have any product images on their pages is because they sell the FEELING not the PRODUCT.

Red bull sells the feeling of adrenaline and energy, Coca-Cola sales joy and happiness, and McDonals comfort and happiness. This marketing tactic is called Emotional Selling where brands create an emotional connection with their customer and use the same feeling in their advertisements.

Yesterday I gave my first Social Media 101 speech 🎤 I got to meet some amazing 💛

Someone brought up the point that they don’t post often because they compare themselves to others. The truth is that at times, I struggle with this too! But I have worked on really focusing on what my vision is, what my goals are, and not follow any account that makes me feel down.

This doesn’t just happen when you are building a business, it can also happen when you are scrolling through your feed looking at how thin, successful and happy everyone looks. It’s important to know that just because it looks that way online doesn’t mean it’s all good in real life. Most business people don’t put all the bad parts of their life online for the whole world to see.

Here are some tips:
Be yourself! No one is YOU and that’s a huge +

You don’t have to share 100% of your life on here. To be honest I probably only share MAYBE 10%

Focus on the progress.

Believe in your product, service,etc you provide for others.

Build a fun around your business TRUST ME! This goes along way.

The best person to compare yourself to is yourself! You can’t be anyone else other than yourself so just focus on being the best you that you can be.

Remember measuring your life by someone else’s ruler isn’t a positive practice. Focus on yourself and your business and what you can do to move it forward.

And most importantly HAVE FUN 🤩❤️🧡💛💚
